*Full-time | Flat Rate | Up to $110,000/year (Depending on Production)*

A&A The Shop is Anchorage’s *independent Subaru and Toyota specialist*, with an outstanding *4.9-star Google rating* and a reputation built on quality, integrity, and precision workmanship. We’re looking for a highly skilled *Master Technician / Automotive Mechanic* to join our elite team.

This is *not an entry-level position* — we’re seeking an experienced professional who thrives on diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately in a *flat-rate performance environment*.

*Qualifications*

* Minimum *8 years of professional experience* as an automotive technician
* *Subaru and Toyota diagnostic and repair experience preferred*
* *ASE certifications* recommended
* Must have your *own tools*
* Valid *driver’s license* required
* Must be able to *pass a background check and drug test*
* Strong computer and typing skills helpful

*Job Responsibilities*

* Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced repairs on Subaru and Toyota vehicles
* Identify and document required work with accuracy and efficiency
* Replace or repair components and replenish fluids as needed
* Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
