Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in the QSR restaurant industry, preferably with McDonald's
• Previous experience with using restaurant POS and programs associated with COGS and Labor control
• Back Office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of cost controls, labor targets, profit margins, and other controllable line items
