KellyOCG is looking for a Recruiter/Talent Advisor. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working onsite at our client location in Irving, TX. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service experience who would thrive in a fast paced environment, recruiting and supporting talent onsite.

Our Onsite Talent Advisor/Recruiter is accountable for:

• Providing onsite, front line support to both the employees and the client, ensuring excellence in delivery for a client that has a global reach.
• Managing and executing strategies to drive employee and client engagement, acting as the guardian of the customer’s processes and contracts while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement across the account.
• Attracting and assessing (screening and interviewing) prospects and candidates, partnering with managers to ensure client hiring needs are met.
• Full life cycle recruiting including handling pre-employment screens for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and interviewing passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
• Keeping on top of payroll issues and working with other departments to ensure all employees are paid in a timely manner

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Proven ability to effectively engage customers through regular and proactive communication and building of strategic relationships
• Proficiency in knowing and leveraging industry trends and best practices to strengthen client partnerships and inform decision making
• Results oriented, with high attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment
• Strong technical acumen using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Minimum of 2+ years of staffing experience required, preferably working within a manufacturing environment.

This position sits onsite at a client location in Irving, TX with some travel to our local branch in Grapevine, TX. The hours are 8am to 5pm. And will require occasional evening work, which would be 1pm to 9pm.
