Title: Receptionist Multi-Tasker
Location: Hendersonville NC

DESCRIPTION Servpro is seeking an experienced individual to fill an additional team member role of Receptionist / Multi-Tasker.
In this role, the successful candidate (prefer experienced) will assist other current team members in the handling of all incoming calls, visitors, clients and job file multi-tasking duties for a multi-franchise residential and commercial mitigation business.
- Full time answering the multiple office lines
- Administrative job duties to assist other experienced staff and mgt
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned and requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS, DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS: - Tech Savvy with the ability to learn new software easily
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks throughout the day
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers
- Capable to work in a fast-paced, high call volume, team-oriented environment
EDUCATION - High school diploma/GED; required
Schedule: - 8 Hour Day / 40 Hours Per Week, required with flexibility to work overtime as needed (storm, busy seasons)
- Monday to Friday
Overtime Requirement: We are a 24/7 Emergency Services business. You will occasionally be expected to work nights and weekends to assist our customers in their time of need during storms, cold weather, and other natural or man-made emergency situations.
WORKING CONDITIONS Environment: This position will be in-office environment; not eligible for hybrid or remote.
Ability to commute: Physical Demands: Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds may be required.

Pay: (Range) Based on experience ($15.00 - $18.00)
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
