Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Connect with motivated sellers and guide them through a smooth, successful listing process
  • Manage and organize your pipeline using our advanced CRM and proven workflows
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from listing appointment through closing day
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
  • Host open houses and showcase properties to qualified, ready-to-act buyers
  • Participate in weekly training and mastermind sessions to strengthen your skills and expand your network

Qualifications:

What You'll Need:

  • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
  • Full-time availability and a strong drive to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for client service
  • Coachable, organized, and eager to continuously learn and improve
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a team-focused mindset
