Job Overview:

We're on the lookout for an experienced and versatile Production Team Member who will specialize in screen printing on hard surfaces such as metals and plastics to create high quality signage. In addition to applying your craftsmanship and attention to detail, you will also help with other production tasks such as vinyl work and metal finishing. This is a great opportunity for those who are looking to broaden their skills and work in a collaborative and supportive environment. 

Skills and Experience Needed:

• 3+  years in manual screen-printing processes
• Able to read and understand detailed shop drawings.
  
• Good at color matching and working with different inks.
• Able to switch between different tasks easily.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years in screen printing on metal and plastics.
• Broad knowledge of ADA signage fabrication techniques such vinyl, painting, finishing, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare screen printing setups for a variety of hard surfaces such as metals and plastics, including coating, exposing, and reclaiming screens as needed.
• Mix inks to match specified colors accurately, considering factors like substrate and ink type.
• Help out in other production areas like vinyl work, general fabrication, and finishing.
• Check products to make sure they’re high quality and consistent.
• Adapt to new tasks and roles as needed to support the production team.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: $20 - $26+ per hour, based on your experience and versatility

Work Hours:

• Full-time: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
