This role focuses on quality assurance, publishing reports developed by the offshore team, training end‑users, and exploring new Power BI capabilities . While you may create reports, the primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, usability, and continuous improvement of our Power BI environment. Key Responsibilities Perform QA checks on Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and compliance with standards. Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service, including workspace and access management. Collaborate with offshore development teams to review and validate deliverables. Provide training and support to business users on Power BI usage and best practices. Explore and implement new Power BI features and capabilities to enhance reporting and analytics. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Power BI reports and datasets. Maintain documentation for processes, standards, and user guides. Required Qualifications 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI (Desktop and Service). Strong understanding of DAX and basic data modeling concepts. Familiarity with Power BI publishing workflows and workspace management. Good analytical skills and attention to detail for QA processes. Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder interaction. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. Experience with Power BI governance and security . Salary & Compensation The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $58,800 to $101,520. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
