Our client, a leader in manufacturing and automation solutions, is seeking a entry level Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for continuous learning, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer (Entry Level-Internship level)
Location: Monroe, NC
Payrange : $25-32/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Support manufacturing operations to ensure uninterrupted quality production of life-saving products..
• Specify equipment performance and mechanical design criteria for automated assembly and inspection systems.
• Lead automation projects to deliver validated quality and performance, maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution, preferably in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or aerospace engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or assembly process development and support.
• Proficiency in mechanical drafting, 3D modeling, fixture development, and process integration.
• Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred), SAP, automation, and mechanical design.
