Responsibilities: Manage social media and website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and data analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Develop content for digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and online advertisements that will get the word out there about our legal services Take responsibility for all print marketing materials including letterhead, business cards, brochures, flyers, etc. all copywriting and image creation to ensure the firm maintains its brand integrity Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities based on the trends in the latest market research Assist with legal intake by responding to initial inquiries by phone, email, or web; collecting and screening client information; scheduling case strategy sessions, and maintaining logs. Provide general administrative support to the marketing & intake team. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field A background or a desire to learn more about the legal industry is strongly desired 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required Candidate must be able to demonstrate professional written and verbal marketing communication skills Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms - basic graphic design skills are also desired About Company: CAVA Law LLC is a boutique firm in Coral Gables, FL.
