Job Details

Superintendents manage one project at a time and are responsible for subcontractor performance, schedule, quality control, coordination, safety, and inspections. The Superintendent is the primary point of contact on site during construction. The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager and, depending on the size of the project, the Project Engineer. Typical projects range in size from $5m to $60m. Our team operates primarily in the design/build and design/assist project delivery methods.

7+ years of solid experience in site management in commercial and/or multifamily construction projects.
Proven history of project completion ground up construction, $10M - $30M
Proficient computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Project, Bluebeam and Procore
Solid experience in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, project administration and contract management.
Demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, workforce management, quality and project execution
Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills interacting directly with clients’ architects, consultants, contractors, trades. Etc..
