We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to exciting projects that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn. You will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and support the team in developing promotional materials.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Manage and create content for social media platforms
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Support the team in the production of marketing materials
• Help organize promotional events and campaigns
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
