Contract

Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly)

Business Hours

Hours Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Rate

$ 15 USD hourly / $2,400 USD monthly (salary is negotiable based on experience and location)

What You'll Do

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll lead the development and execution of a fully integrated marketing strategy across multiple digital channels. Success in this role means driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through targeted campaigns, optimized content, and data-informed decisions. You'll manage omnichannel strategies, craft engaging content, run paid ads, and continuously refine efforts based on performance data.

Omnichannel Marketing Strategy (40% of Role Allocation)


  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that integrates social media, email, text, and lead nurturing to drive brand engagement and lead conversion.
  • Manage a weekly content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring platform-optimized, SEO-friendly content with a consistent brand voice.
  • Use performance data from SEO, ads, and social platforms to refine strategy, improve engagement, and increase conversions.
  • Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize digital efforts.


Content Creation & Social Media Management (30% of Role Allocation)
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, carousels, infographics, and short-form videos using tools like Canva.
  • Write compelling copy for posts, emails, blogs, and ads with strong hooks and CTAs.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences across social media channels.


Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing (20% of Role Allocation)
  • Manage and optimize Google and Meta Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to lower CPA and improve ROAS.
  • Regularly analyze ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly.


Website Optimization & Ad-Hoc Marketing Tasks (10% of Role Allocation)
  • Conduct monthly SEO audits and update site content to improve search rankings and user experience.
  • Optimize on-page elements and metadata, implement backlink strategies, and refresh blog content to align with digital goals.


What You Should Have
  • At least seven years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy, social media management, SEO, content creation, and marketing funnels.
  • Minimum two years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or software sales and marketing.
  • At least one year of experience working remotely with a company based in North America, Europe, Australia, or the UAE.
  • Proven ability to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Expertise in lead generation and automation using Go High Level or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization.
  • Solid experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for content and site updates.
  • Proficiency in managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for business.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a track record of writing high-converting marketing copy.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video editing for short-form content.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools like ChatGPT for content support.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
