As a vital member of our agency, you will play a key role in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Execution: Manage and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, focusing on social media management, email marketing, and content copywriting.
• Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts, graphics, and visuals using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Craft compelling email marketing campaigns, driving client engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly copy for various digital platforms.
• Website Management: Perform website content updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with client goals.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary changes and improvements, excluding website design and development.
• Client Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with clients via email and monthly Zoom meetings to provide updates, discuss strategies, and gather insights.
• Attend occasional in-person meetings for local clients as required to deepen client relationships.
• Team Collaboration and Strategy: Attend a monhtly in-office team touch-base and strategy meeting to align on goals and strategies.
• Weekly virtual team touch-base.
• Monthly 1:1 virtual performance review with leadership team.
• Audio-only calls/huddles as needed for collaboration and strategy purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital marketing tools. (Portfolio required).
• Demonstrated experience in social media management, email marketing, content copywriting, and digital marketing strategy.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction via email and Zoom meetings.
• Capability to work remotely or in a hybrid model.
• Availability to attend weekly in-office meetings on Mondays from 9 AM to 2 PM.
• Dedication to creating and executing impactful digital marketing strategies.
• Passion for contributing to the success of health and wellness professionals, coaches, educators, and non-profits.
• Must have a reliable computer with reliable high-speed internet access.
