About the Role

The Chief Advancement Officer at the company will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising and communications strategy. This strategy will be aligned with the organization's vision and values, with a focus on growing individual and family foundation relationships, expanding institutional philanthropy, and exploring corporate giving opportunities. The role involves overseeing a growing team of communications and development staff, ensuring the organization meets its revenue targets, and actively seeking new donors. The CAO will also play a critical role in fostering a culture of community-centric philanthropy, both within the organization and with external partners. Candidates for the Chief Advancement Officer position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least seven years of supervisory experience.
