Description
We have an immediate opening for a full time Client Accounting Specialist to provide Payroll and/or Bookkeeper duties for our clients. A professional demeanor, strong QuickBooks skills and knowledge and excellent payroll and bookkeeping skills are required.
- Reconcile client general ledger and investigate reconciling items
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Perform accountant analysis and prepare financial reconciliations such as bank reconciliations, prepaids and accruals
- Prepare taxable fringe benefit calculations for clients.
- Perform bookkeeper services for certain clients; enter invoices and bills, enter cash receipts and cash disbursements, and periodic reconciliation of trial balances

Requirements
- Associates Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or other bookkeeper certification
- Experience in general ledger bookkeeper and comprehensive reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software
- Proficient in QuickBooks a plus
- Demonstrate an ability to learn accountant software products used by client.
- Demonstrate good analytical and reasoning skills and attention to details
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to assume variety of tasks and deadline driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills
