The Opportunity

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe's top executives and our three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure the company stays on a fast growth trajectory. We have contributed to bold strategic decisions, including the transition to cloud, leadership in Digital Marketing, and positioning around Generative AI. Adobe is at the forefront of digital experiences worldwide, enabling both creatives and global enterprises in their digital transformation.

Your Role

What Youll Do

As Manager, Corporate Strategy, you will accelerate Adobe's long-term growth and join a highly entrepreneurial team with alumni from top management consulting firms and experts in digital media and marketing. Your responsibilities may cover a wide range of strategic topics, including:

• Developing product strategies
• Assessing the impact of technological trends, such as Gen AI
• Analyzing the competitive landscape
• Determining Adobe's future strategic positioning
• Crafting perspectives on market adjacencies and strategies to pursue (e.g., build, buy, or partner)

You will drive projects and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate long-term growth and support senior executives across the business on critical challenges. This role can serve as a launchpad to operational and general management roles within Adobe and the broader tech ecosystem.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
• 34 years of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet, or SaaS strategy
• Experience operating in a digital/consumer internet or SaaS environment; prior understanding of digital marketing or digital advertising is highly desired
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
• Creative thinking with a bias for action
• Relentless but relationship-drivenable to drive debates to good outcomes while maintaining a positive tone for cross-functional teams

Compensation reflects the cost of labor across U.S. markets and varies by location. The U.S. pay range for this position is $99,500 $201,800 annually; actual pay varies by work location and depends on knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

For sales roles, salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission); for non-sales roles, salaries are expressed as base salary with short-term incentives under the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
